Charles H. Clark, III, M.D.
Dr. Charles H. Clark III is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Alabama Medical School. Dr. Clark then completed an internship and residency at Vanderbilt University.

He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, American College of Surgeons, the Alabama Medical Association and the Jefferson County Medical Society.

Carter S. Harsh, M.D.
Dr. Carter S. Harsh is is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons. He received a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He then completed a surgery internship at the University of Florida and a neurosurgery residency at Duke University.

Dr. Thomas A.S. Wilson is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from Vanderbilt University. He then completed a general surgery internship and a neurosurgery residency at Wake Forest University, Bowman Gray School of Medicine.

P. Colby Maher, M.D.
Dr. Philip C. Maher is board certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons and obtained his doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Medicine, where he graduated summa cum laude. He completed a neurosurgery residency and a chief residency at the University Of Cincinnati Department of Neurosurgery. Then he completed a complex spinal surgery fellowship at the University of Cincinnati –Mayfield Clinic and Spine Institute.

Dr. Maher is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He maintains professional memberships with the American Medical Association, the Frank H. Mayfield Society, the Congress of Neurological Surgery, the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the AANS/CNS Section on Disorders of the Spine and Peripheral Nerves.

Robert B. Poczatek, M.D. Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Dr. Robert B. Poczatek is a diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. In addition, he has received certification in spinal cord injury medicine.

Dr. Poczatek received his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. Subsequently, he completed an internship with the University’s Department of General Surgery, and then served as a resident physician in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Poczatek is a public lecturer and published author. He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Paraplegia Society, the Medical Association of the State of Alabama and the Jefferson County Medical Society.
